On the set of King Creole. During the filming of King Creole (1958), Elvis Presley suffered a minor arm injury when actor Vic Morrow accidentally sliced Elvis's left arm with a prop knife during a fight scene rehearsal. The superficial cut required a hospital visit for a few stitches, though it healed quickly without delaying production
